Your process not controlled by a Logix 5000? Not a problem, Solid-Logger can monitor any system. Simply place DIN rail mounted I/O modules where you need them, up to 200 modules, in any configuration of digital, analog, thermocouple, or RTD. Anywhere in your facility, any process. Monitor multiple processes at the same time, from the same software. Data is stored in a format that can be viewed live right in the application, or from most speadsheet software. System is pre-configured, just install the modules, power them with 24VDC, and connect the ethernet cables. Each module contains a built-in ethernet switch, so no additional infra-structure is required.

What to do with all your data? Need controls charts for your process? Adding the Solid-SPC to your Logix-Logger, or Solid-Logger gives you just that. Or Use Solid-SPC as a stand alone product and you can manually input data as needed. Solid-SPC can create X-Bar R, X-Bar Sigma, Individual Range, Median Range, EWMA, MA, MAMR, MAMS and CuSum charts, attribute control charts (p-, np-, c-, u-, and DPMO charts), frequency histograms, and Pareto charts.
